Well, it's been a while and I have to apologize, I didn't mean to go over a month, but it happened!! My last update I reported that not too much was really going on...huh, that's not the case now!!!!
Since then, we've had Christmas, New Years, a few upsets and so on! Christmas was nice, spent Eve with the kids and Irene, my mother in law and Christmas Day it was just me and Greg.
New Years Eve was me and my kids, which is almost every year but its always a fun time!! This New Year was a bit different, my phone rang numerous times at 12:00 and shortly after but when it rang at 7:30 am, I got a little weirded out. My sister and brother in law were on the other end of the phone to tell me my mother in law, Irene, had taken a turn for the worse..... New Years Day 2012, my loving friend and mother in law passed away. That was the start of the New Year....
About 4 days later, a friend from many years ago, Mike passed away....and then it was Saturday...and as ridiculous as this sounds, my rat Mindy, gone!!! That was the end of my senses!! I lost it!! I could almost deal with it all until my rat. By NO means am I comparing human life to a rat but it was the straw that broke the camels back, aside from the other unnecessary issues that had taken place in that time frame, I had had it...On to the next week........
