I suppose you would like to know the update as of today....another herceptin down. Thats the good news, there really isn't "bad" news but I feel like I've seen more doctors in the past 9 months than I have in the past 40 years!! Ha - there it is again - 40!!! Anyway, I now need another MUGA scan, this is a periodic test that monitors my heart, the herceptin can do some damage and every 3 months I need another MUGA!! No biggie, I knew it was coming. I also need a cat scan of my sinus'. Apparently I now have allergies, what I'm allergic to, your guess, is as good as mine. But, the fact is my oncologist seems to think I blew my eardrum or something while sneezing and blowing my nose one of the 8 million times I have in the past month. So, off I go "soon" for a sinus scan :) NOw, today, I went and was told I need a chest x-ry. I have been coughing for the past 3 weeks, pretty hard, and not producing much so, off to the x-ray machine for me. I'm thinking since the amoxicillan didn't work so well, it may be a bit more than just an upper resp. infection.
I feel fine, I'm tired but I don't think that is a problem. I have been tired for years and I'm sure I'm not the only one:)
So, thats really it, my hair is coming in nicely, I look like Sonic the Hedgehog!! For those of you who don't know who sonic is I'll go with Eddie Munster with a touch of Grey!!! Ahahahaaaa!!!! Thats funny or I'm tired so, off to bed I go!!!
